An Acceptable Stay
modern room early check-in additional fee road closure
The room was modern. The staff permitted an earlier check-in and a later check-out. The building felt modern and clean, located just outside the city center.
I encountered issues with an upgraded room I had booked. I was informed that I could only get a room matching my original upgrade if I paid an additional fee per night. I did not expect this. The road was closed from the car park because a half marathon was happening the day after my stay.

friendly staff equipped gym noisy neighbourhood cheap toiletries
the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the gym was nice and i found it well-equipped (i used the treadmill).
the hotel is in a noisy area. there was loud music until after 2 am.

charmed by every detail!
friendly staff immaculate hotel ev chargers
the staff were available and very friendly! the hotel was immaculate with a fantastic gym and spa. i had to pay a small fee to use the spa for a few hours, but it was worth it. the hotel is also dog friendly. there were handy ev chargers in the underground garage.
the shower system wasn't well maintained, water sprayed everywhere, and operation was poorly explained. also, the area is noisy.

the room provided good aircon temperature control. there was a nice shower. it was also very comfortable. rooms were very clean and tidy!

the rooftop bar offered excellent service. the hotel provides easy access from the ring road. it is easy to get back on the road in the morning. there is a very good breakfast buffet.

underwhelming stay
poor air conditioning extra charge
The location was acceptable. It was close to the wine museum and a tram stop.
the air conditioning did not work well. they never refilled the complimentary water after the initial two bottles. i had to pay extra after that and it felt cheap
