charmed by every detail!

the staff were available and very friendly! the hotel was immaculate with a fantastic gym and spa. i had to pay a small fee to use the spa for a few hours, but it was worth it. the hotel is also dog friendly. there were handy ev chargers in the underground garage.
the shower system wasn't well maintained, water sprayed everywhere, and operation was poorly explained. also, the area is noisy.

the room provided good aircon temperature control. there was a nice shower. it was also very comfortable. rooms were very clean and tidy!

the rooftop bar offered excellent service. the hotel provides easy access from the ring road. it is easy to get back on the road in the morning. there is a very good breakfast buffet.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the wine museum and a tram stop.
the air conditioning did not work well. they never refilled the complimentary water after the initial two bottles. i had to pay extra after that and it felt cheap
