limited food service poor gym
the gym was a letdown. there were only four cardio machines and no free weights. this is not what i expect from a hotel of this standard, also, there was no food service between breakfast and dinner. it was inconvenient to go out for lunch on rainy days.

The breakfast service needs improvement. I had to request a tea bag. They kept them in the kitchen. The television in my room did not work for 1.5 days and no technician arrived to fix it. It was a huge disappointment.

amazing sanctuary views and spa
clean room wonderful breakfast central location
the hotel staff was attentive! the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. i enjoyed the breakfast spread they offered. the location was central and easily accessible to nearby attractions! i was very happy with the sanctuary view at night!
the gym only had a few cardio machines. i expected better equipment for this price point. i would have loved to see some free weights!

the hotel sits very close to the sanctuary and the city center. this made it easy to walk everywhere. shops and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. i did not need a car at all .

Wonderful Hotel and Great Staff
quiet room amazing breakfast helpful staff
I found the location convenient and the parking very accessible. The room was quiet. The breakfast included amazing quality food. The staff was super helpful to me at all times. The bar had a great atmosphere and the restaurant was good.
The spa seemed a slight stretch, because I found no sauna, no steam room, and no infrared room.

good choice nice staff fake grass wobbly leg
the breakfast had good choice. staff was nice at reception, and the rooms was worth the money. i liked that its close to all amenities.
the hotel had some dirt in places, and the fake grass smelled in the lifts. one of the balustrades had a wobbly leg and balconies was chipped. the hotel needs some restoration.
