I enjoyed the collaboration with the taxi service. The airport transfer was on time and reasonably priced. The breakfast had solid quality and variety. The hotel restaurant also offered good food.
The small gym had basic equipment. The flooring require an update. I had to wait during check out.

The breakfast had a large variety of different foods. The hotel was really clean all around! The staff were polite and helpful. The spa was good, I used it twice in one day and it was also very clean.
The room had cracks in the wall. The sockets in the room weren't all working

Really good Hotel Experience

The spa facilities allowed me to fully unwind in a tranquil environment. I used the sauna and the jacuzzi. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes all prepared with fresh ingredients! Every meal, including the breakfast buffet, was a good experience. The combination of excellent food and a soothing spa.
The handwash basin had a sickening smell. The bathroom also looked dated, I think. The hotel should improve the bathroom's condition and address the unpleasant odors.

The hotel is conveniently located near main roads, though the immediate surroundings were quiet. I didn't noticed. The hotel is close to local shops, too. The location worked well for our travel needs.

I found the staff genuinely helpful, especially with directions to local attractions. The indoor pool was a delight, and the free parking was a huge convenience. I enjoyed the updated bathroom and everything felt modern and comfortable.
I noticed the gym had limited equipment. It could use some upgrades to match the quality of the other spa facilities.
