A Romantic Getaway

Anxhela and Suela at the front desk welcomed me with constant smiles and genuine kindness. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots and ensured every request was handled with warmth. I felt genuinely at home because of their thoughtful attention and excellent service.
The room lacked hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes, a minor inconvenience. I wish there was designated. This would improve the overall functionality.

great conditionreally good serviceroom noise
The hotel's location allowed easy access to attractions, ALL within a short walk. Staff members showed great friendliness. They kept the hotel in perfect condition with ALL the essential amenities. The bar and spa provided really good service. I found the massage center efficient. I felt welcome and supported by the staff throughout my stay.
the room felt noisy. i could hear people walking above, which seemed to come from the restaurant above me. this did impact my sleep

The room had good air conditioning and plenty of space. It felt very classy and comfortable. The bed provided great comfort. Everything sparkled and shined, and the shower was nice. A rainfall shower was included. The provided room service was tasty.

The absence of sufficient drawers in my superior double room was inconvenient for storing clothing items. The phone on the nightstand was not working. i had to use the bathroom phone to contact room service. some of the light fixtures were also non-functional, a minor annoyance..

the hotel looked cute and luxurious, and the room included a balcony into the atrium area. the bed was comfy and the room was large. breakfast offered a wide selection of options. most staff were helpful and friendly.
the spa floor was very slippy, so it would benefit from more squidgeing to ensure it is safer, especially as children were using the facility.
