I stayed for several nights and everything was super. my room was always clean and the housekeeping staff were ready to help. the location was good. It was an easy walk to the main areas for food. i really liked how the staff were willing to help with any questions i had. i loved that i got a double bed in my single room!
but we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The location allowed a reasonable walk to Skanderbeg Square. It took about 20 minutes.
I found the air conditioner very noisy. I could not adjust it and the windows did not open. This meant no fresh air. I requested assistance from reception three times, but no one came to help or offer a room change.

I loved the cozy room. It had a double bed even though I booked a single. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and sauna at the spa were a plus! I will definitely be returning to this accommodation on my next visit.
I found the location a bit difficult to navigate because of the one-way streets. Finding the hotel was not easy. It is quite tucked away.
