The staff was helpful with printing boarding passes. They gave good recommendations for local spots. Early check-in was allowed which was good. The staff held bags on our last day.
The prayer calls were loud from 5am to 7am. These early calls were very annoying. The towels were old in the bathroom. I found the facilities old and worn.

I needed a place with reliable wi-fi and a central location, and this riad delivered. the staff helped arrange taxis and activities at fair prices. I am grateful for their assistance. its proximity to jemaa el-fnaa and other attractions made exploring so easy.
i noticed slight wear on some of the towels.

The location was good (I thought).
The room I booked (the "Executive Suite", mind you) was not soundproofed at all. The call to prayer early in the morning was loud. It started between 5 and 7 AM and lasted quite a while. towels looked worn.

The location was very convenient, close to Al Mansur Mosque. It took only about ten minutes to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Staff members like Hamza and Ibrahim were attentive and helpful. They gave me suggestions on places to visit and spa treatments. The rooftop offered a special experience.
