i found the hotel to have really beautiful gardens. the pools sparkled under the sun. my mornings began with a tasty buffet breakfast with various choices.
the hotel could benefit from some tlc specifically regarding maintenance. the shower in my room had a minor issue. it dripped a little.

My room was spacious and offered a nice view of the pool area. The swimming pool had slides suitable for both adults and children. breakfast provided a good selection of items to choose from. the staff, especially youssef in the kitchen, were helpful and asked if everything was satisfactory.

The pools and slides were really fun. I enjoyed them . the staff were kind and accommodating. They helped. ahmed at the front desk demonstrated great customer service. He even allowed us to check in early, much appreciated.
The outdoor pool water was very cold, and my children could not use the water park. this was a significant disappointment since i chose the hotel for that amenity. The extra charge for the indoor pool was also unexpected.

The staff provided very attentive and friendly service. They were always ready to help with a smile. yassine made my coffee without sugar, and zakia and fatima at reception were especially helpful. this attentiveness enhanced our visit.

The breakfast offered many options, and the personnel ensured everything was delicious. rachid and lahcen from the breakfast personnel provided really good service. the restaurant's variety and quality was really nice. I particularly enjoyed the fresh, local cuisine.

The free shuttle bus solved transportation issues. It made it easy to explore. the outdoor area was beautiful. Its pools and attentive lifeguards were perfect for our two small children. the hotel provided save space.
