The staff was very professional and friendly. The decor around the hotel had a thoughtful theme. The cenote water pool looked beautiful. The little rooms were clean and well-decorated.

The rooms were quite small and very open. The bathroom design was not to my liking. The road to the hotel included a long dirt track with many potholes. The drive took about twenty minutes and felt quite bumpy.
