The kitchen setup was laughably limited. They might as well not include one at all. A kettle wasn't even available. The staff seemed reluctant to provide information. Everything looked to be a chore for them. We received incorrect details multiple times and missed most of the scheduled activities because they failed to share the schedule.

i appreciated the design of the hotel , it blended beautifully with the surrounding jungle environment. the bed was comfortable , i slept very well each night. i found the cenote to be a unique and refreshing feature , perfect for a quick dip.

the room featured a private infinity pool accessible through sliding glass doors from the bed , i found this particularly luxurious. the room included a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks , it was quite convenient. the interior design incorporated natural wood and plants , it created a jungle feel.

the front desk communicated effectively via whatsapp for various requests , this was very convenient. the hotel owner took time to speak with guests , he showed great passion for the hotel.

the hotel restaurant served fresh watermelon cocktails , i enjoyed them very much. the menu included a tasty caesar salad served on toast , it was a nice twist. breakfast featured a thick piece of french toast with blueberry compote , a delicious start to the day.
