I was pleased with the prompt email responses i received prior to my stay. The front desk arranged transportation efficiently. the receptionist offered a welcome drink, i thought that was a nice touch. the bathroom included balmain amenities, i found those luxurious.
i noticed prices were displayed for some breakfast items despite breakfast being included.
