the room was very clean i received a complementary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. the breakfast was great i loved the interesting design. the steamer in the room was a great addition it was very useful.

the staff was helpful and friendly.

the room was small (it was like i was in a dollhouse). there was barely enough space to walk around the bed, and there wasn't a proper place to store luggage. the bathroom was also tiny.

helpful staff fresh towels

the staff were helpful. they promptly addressed a minor issue with the television. i also appreciated the fresh towels provided daily in the classic room spa access (it felt very luxurious).

the elevator was quite small. it only accommodated one person with luggage. navigating with bags required extra trips.

breakfast had a sufficient selection of pastries and fruits. fresh coffee was readily available each morning (the croissants were flaky and delicious!). the dining area was clean and well kept.
