a charming stay
great roomsubway linesfaulty tap
the room size was great for my needs the bathroom was also great it featured a mini fridge which was nice. the hotel's proximity to two subway lines was very convenient. i was welcomed with kindness and warmth by the staff when i arrived early they accommodated me by finding a great room so i could rest.
the hot and cold water tap did not function correctly it needs maintenance.

the breakfast selection was great it included a good variety of options. the coffee served during breakfast was notably good. the dining area was well-kept and clean.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. charles at the reception was very nice and caring, providing excellent assistance. the team made sure all guests felt happy and well-cared for, a testament to their dedication.

the hotel features a newly refurbished spa, though i did not have time to try it. the hotel is calm and comfortable. i found the location to be very convenient, close to many attractions.
