Charmed stay at the resort
helpful staff complimentary upgrade pool view
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade I received. The room also featured a kitchen and living room area with a balcony that overlooked the pools.
The hotel does not provide complimentary water in the rooms. Tea and coffee are available, though water costs extra. The hotel's location is somewhat isolated too.

adequate stay, but room issues
friendly staff breakfast variety shower issue low pressure
The staff seemed friendly enough. The breakfast included a variety of options.
I encountered issues with my assigned room. the shower did not work properly, needing a long time for hot water. The water pressure was also really low. every time i showered the entire bathroom got soaked, it was quite annoying.
