customer service reception staff
the new pool area was clean and well organized. every lounger included shading umbrellas. these umbrellas even had call buttons for the waiting team. this ensured easy access to food and drinks.
i found some of the reception staff lacking in customer service. several times they didn't acknowledge me when i was standing right in front of them. they kept looking at the screen or talking amongst themselves. this is unacceptable at a supposed five-star hotel.

excellent hotel, central location
small detail friendly staff
the staff was friendly and paid attention to every small detail. facilities were excellent and very clean. rooms are comfortably equipped and provide excellent sea views. food was great here. i liked that breakfast included quality food, such as fruit and yoghurts.

daily snacks club access rooftop pool
the M club access was worth it. there were snacks and drinks available throughout the day. alcoholic beverages from 5 to 9. the rooftop pool is the best i have experienced, it was quiet and clean. The other guests were respectful, too.

excellent hotel experience!
excellent service beautiful view outdoor pools
the service was excellent. my beautiful sea view room included a beautiful view of the bay. it was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. i received complimentary water each day and the shower was excellent. the two outdoor swimming pools included great bar service with free snacks.
the minibar was fully stocked and i was unable to store my own items. i had to request that they remove all items from the minibar. i had to pay a fee to remove all of the minibar items.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was very well presented and fresh. there was an enormous variety of food available, too. the half-board food was very nice and plentiful. I enjoyed every single meal.

The hotel includes a lovely indoor pool and spa. i also had a wonderful massage there. the gym is excellent. It includes everything you need for a good workout. the spa facilities are five star with excellent staff.

modern design pristine facilities easy access comfortable beds
The hotel offers modern design and pristine facilities. This created a cute atmosphere. the location gives easy access to restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were spacious with stylish decor. beds were big and comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep.
The pool was warm. A cooler pool would have been appreciated, though this is a minor issue.

wonderful stay
attentive staff english breakfast lovely cocktails
I appreciated the attentive staff. They addressed all my needs promptly. the breakfast included much choice, from pastries to a full english breakfast. i enjoyed my drinks at the atrio bar, particularly the cocktails.

crowded gym shower setting
The room was spacious. I suppose that's alright.
The gym situation was a joke. it was more crowded than a clown car at a circus. i almost tripped over some fitness influencer doing a selfie. also, the shower only had two settings, either ice age or volcanic eruption. No happy medium exists.
