Quiet and Relaxing Stay

the indoor-outdoor heated pool was amazing the spa experience was also very nice. i enjoyed the beautiful architecture and gardens i found the staff friendly and helpful. the pools and hotel were beautiful to relax in
the mini bars were empty making it just an old and dirty fridge the furniture seemed dated not up to par with a supposed 5 star hotel the water drained slowly in wash basin the toilet overflowed.

dated facilities were a letdown

tiny showerbroken drain
the rooms definitely showed their age. our shower was ridiculously tiny, and the drain was broken. the light outside on the terrace wasn't working either, so sitting out there at night was impossible.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and quiet. I found two good sized pools. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It contributed to a relaxing week. The staff proved professional and friendly.
I noticed that the rooms showed some age. I think this upgrade would improve the experience.

dated facilities and cats everywhere

urine smellmany cats
this hotel did not fully meet expectations. during my stay i noticed a pervasive smell of cat urine in the room and closets. also i found THE large number of cats roaming inside the restaurant during dinner unhygienic and off-putting.
