I had some issues. the in-room coffee machine leaked. Water went everywhere. I never got notified about available spots even when i was on the waiting list. i had to ask in person.

A Week of Blissful Moments

Our two-bedroom apartment felt spacious, with two full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom. The combined living, dining, and kitchen area provided ample space and comfort.. perfect. I also loved having a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen that included a dishwasher. The hotel's proximity to the apartment was super convenient, so we made the most of it.
One minor inconvenience was that the living room WiFi required a different login than the bedroom WiFi. It took us a little while to figure this out, so we experienced a slight delay.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness and politeness consistently, especially the superb customer service. Fresh robes and meticulous bed-making were a regular delight, and attention to detail was obvious. Each staff member enhanced our stay.

We found the hotel excellently situated for quick access to the Valletta ferry and the lovely promenade. A taxi service picked us up and dropped us off right at the front door, convenient. Several nearby restaurants enhanced our dining options.

the breakfast was acceptable. i suppose it was what i expected.
The room i booked had a slight issue with noise. I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. it wasn't just muffled sounds, but clear conversations and doors slamming. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax or sleep. the towels in the bathroom were also a bit rough. They weren't exactly the plush, soft kind you'd anticipate.

The breakfast had a good variety (I especially liked the pastries).
The room size was definitely smaller than expected. I almost was like I was in a closet. The Wi-Fi was spotty and kept disconnecting, made planning my activities rather difficult.
