quality furnishings timeless elegance nespresso machine turndown service
i was given a grand beautiful room. it had quality furnishings and a timeless elegance. the room offered a nespresso coffee machine and a dyson hairdresser. slippers waited by the bed at night, thanks to the turndown service.
the spa is leased to a third party. i couldn't get a treatment because it was fully booked. they seemed to be serving non-hotel guests.

The grand beautiful room had a generous size with quality furnishings. i had a balcony and views of the town. the bathroom included divine smelling products. Quality towels are also provided.

I found a couple of things less than stellar (no hotel is perfect, right?). the gym, while functional, charged extra for access. and the bar menu could use a little more variety. I found myself wanting more than it offered.

i found my beautiful room spacious and it featured a lovely balcony. the bed was comfortable and large. daily housekeeping kept everything pristine.
i wish the staff had apologized instead of acknowledging the ongoing work.

the hotel is near st anton gardens so a walk is easy. despite its central location, the grounds and gardens provide privacy and quiet. the area allows easy access to local attractions.

breakfast included warm dishes and table service for items like eggs and pancakes. the hotel had multiple restaurants and bars, offering good quality and variety. i especially liked the secret garden in the evenings it had an amazing vibe.

i found the staff to be attentive and polite throughout my stay. the staff addressed every need with calm kindness. i will mention kevin and ramesh at the concierge desk, because they were particularly helpful.

The room was very spacious. I also found the hotel facilities amazing. The service was over the top, I was very pleased.
The pool lacked cleanliness. I noticed a bloody plaster near the pool, it remained there for most of my stay. The pool area got crowded, especially on weekends. Non-residents used the pool, sometimes I found no available sunbeds.
