a home away from home

perfect location metro station

the hotel location proved perfect it connected directly to al ghurair mall it made shopping easy dining was convenient too union metro station stood just opposite so getting around was easy without taxis. breakfast offered an excellent spread a wide variety catered to all ages the pool area was great for children it added joy to the stay.

the room service had shortcomings i often needed to call for daily essentials that should have been provided automatically this aspect required improvement to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience.

comfortable furniture friendly staff wide variety ideal location

i have stayed here a few times. the rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture. it is helpful when traveling with kids. the direct access to al ghurair mall is very convenient. i found it great for shopping and dining. the staff are friendly and helpful. mahmud and julius provided excellent customer service. their kindness and hospitality. i was able to check in early which i appreciated. the breakfast had a wide variety. i appreciated tasty options each morning. fresh towels were provided daily in my room. the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy. the location near union metro station is ideal. it makes it easy to get around the city. i used the metro to reach many attractions. the proximity to al rigga station is another plus.

Somewhat underwhelming stay

chaotic valet private taxis

The valet service was a bit of a NIGHTMARE. Cars blocked the entrance. There was no one directing traffic. I also found it frustrating that the concierge seemed intent on pushing private taxis. These cost about twice as much as regular taxis. I suspect they get a commission or something for that.
