the breakfast was acceptable, including a few hot food options.

my marriott bonvoy status wasn't properly acknowledged. i was told that benefits like bottled water and a fruit platter would only be delivered in the evening, which seemed like a half-hearted attempt to fulfill their obligations. this process needs some serious fixing, it felt dismissive.
