The staff at breakfast were great. Ms Laxmi, Girish, Evelyn and Tatiana worked well together, checking on us. They were kind, and accommodating

The receptionist misled me about the reservation. I tried to book for the next day at the lowest rate, but the receptionist told me to return the next day and reserve then. When I returned, I received the highest rate instead. This was disappointing

The staff was helpful during breakfast. ms. laxmi greeted us each morning, we felt welcome. the breakfast variety suited different tastes. My husband liked the dishes from various countries. i appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, consistently super clean after our return from outings.

The check-in process took about an hour, lengthy after traveling. the wifi was intermittent, requiring repeated calls to reception for reconnection. the bathroom didn't quite meet five-star standards. The facilities felt somewhat lacking.

a tender stay

polite manner excellent pool quick walk

the team across various departments shines especially those who provided ramazan suhur services i noticed their kind polite manner it. the metro was conveniently close it was a quick five minute walk i visited the top attractions using the metro. the daily cleaning was meticulous my room was kept very well and i found the pool to be excellent

the capacity of the restaurant felt a bit small for the number of guests especially during busy times it seemed a solution is needed regarding the availability of taxis as it was challenging to get one when needed throughout the day
