Wonderful Stay Experience

The staff was always available and very helpful. They promptly arranged an early breakfast for us. We always had fresh towels and the room was kept clean. The reception was available 24/7 for assistance.

The room lacked sufficient lighting. It was hard to do simple tasks because of it. It created a dim and uncomfortable atmosphere in the room.

The gym's opening hours could be a little longer.

The pool was not in good condition. I noticed loose bricks and even cut my foot (i handed the loose pieces to staff).

firm pillows missing bathtub

the breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices for both food and drinks.

I found the pillows noticeably firm. softer options would have been welcome. i also expected a bathtub in my premier room but there wasn't one. I thought this odd. essentials like towels and robes were not ready upon arrival so that was a disappointment.

i spent six nights at this hotel on a business trip. my family joined me on the seventh night. the hotel staff was polite and helpful. i had forgotten my diary in the taxi cab that i had taken from the hotel to my business bay office. i informed the front desk, and within an hour, they reviewed the cctv footage and found the taxi cab's plate number.

the room does not have enough light, this was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel has a shuttle during the day. it goes to dubai mall and mall emirates, also a paid beach. grocery stores are on the left and right around the hotel, a very convenient situation.
