the staff members at the front desk and concierge were very cooperative. ismail, the manager, helped me find a business room to work from, even though i requested it at the last minute. the hotel understood i needed a late checkout.
the lebanese front office manager was rude. she asked me to pay for damage to a leather paper holder, and her handling of the conversation was inappropriate.

The room included a coffee machine and a selection of teas. There were two bottles of complimentary water provided daily. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There were also free weights available. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The hotel had six restaurants. Each offered a different cuisine. The front desk staff provided assistance with restaurant reservations.

The architecture captivated me its beauty is undeniable. The minibar had a great selection of items. The hotel granted a generous late checkout it was much appreciated.
The carpet throughout the hotel seemed a bit worn. It slightly diminished the overall luxury.
