i enjoyed a very well decorated room. the breakfast included many options, and the coffee was some of the best i've had. the staff quickly brought me coffee one morning as i waited for colleagues, and i was very grateful.
the gym was small, and i expected more equipment from a 5-star hotel.

I found the breakfast selection just good. It included fresh natural juices and eggs benedict. the restaurant staff were very attentive, they looked after every need i had. from the restaurant terrace, i could see the palace of parliament, such a charming view.
The carpets in the room seemed quite worn, such a shame. i noticed visible dust on some surfaces. It detracted from an otherwise lovely setting. the cleaning service felt inconsistent. Some days it was perfect, other days just basic.
