The reception staff were very helpful with directions. My Superior Double Room included a mini-fridge. Breakfast was available and provided fresh fruit. The coffee machine offered several options.
The window in the room looked out onto an internal courtyard, I had little natural light.

Quiet and Well-Located Hotel
early check-incomfortable staygreat location
I appreciated the early check-in they facilitated. It was very helpful, and I felt welcome. The room included all necessities for a comfortable stay. I liked the location, close to coffee and restaurants.
The pillows were quite high and firm. It was difficult to get comfortable with them.

The hotel is near many good restaurants and coffee shops. It is a manageable distance to a supermarket. The area is quiet, a bit away from the main road, so noise is minimal.

acceptable stay, but with drawbacks
firm pillowsno kettle
The lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. i expect at least a kettle and some instant coffee. additionally, the pillows were too firm. they seemed like they were made of dense foam and i found it difficult to get comfortable. I didn't sleep well.
