location is good. staff were friendly, helpful. they all speak good english. the rooms are tidy and clean. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of foods and very good coffee machines.
the gym equipment was broken. there were not enough towels by the pool so i had to go the the room and get our towels.

I found the hotel location convenient for exploring many sites. The underground parking was spacious and easy to access. Staff members were friendly and efficient. They provided prompt assistance with all requests. The room was clean and well kept, meeting my expectations.

the location was convenient.
the lobby was excellent, but the rooms needed upkeep, with a broken lock and carpet stains, i found the staff were not professional, for instance, when i asked about the pool timings, a staff member pointed without speaking, repeating my request, they shrugged instead of helping.
