a charming jewel

I was charmed by the building. Its former life as a bank is still visible. the restored woodwork is amazing and there were original bank doors still in place. my room was spacious and i received a fruit platter shortly after arrival.
i had some trouble with parking misinformation i received from the staff. i parked in front of the hotel based on their guidance and got a fine. later, the staff mentioned other cars also received fines, but there was no valet service available.

the staff provided quick twenty-four hour room service with many snack options. the vault bar had very professional bartenders and served excellent drinks. i found the service consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

breakfast featured high-quality products and great variety. the tea time at the lobby bar was a lovely addition to the hotel's offerings. the vault cocktail bar offered a unique experience in the converted bank vault.

the spa area included a great pool with heated water, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. i noticed well kept, tidy, and relaxing. the gym was functional and well kept for guest use.

the hotel provided a luxurious atmosphere and the room was clean. i found the front desk staff very helpful and kind . the breakfast was varied and delicious. it was a great experience.
i found that the minibar did not sufficiently cool items.
