The gym featured excellent equipment. I noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel offered quick check-in and check-out processes.
The minibar was not refilled after my first day. I observed dirt on the greens in the salad one morning. i found a towel with a fecal stain in the bathroom. I reported it to the staff, but i did not receive an apology.

the gym was a joke!!! it was more like a storage closet than a place to work out. equipment was old and there wasn't enough space. and the 'free' minibar? hardly! it had two water bottles and some stale crackers. what a letdown! i needed real refreshments after a long trip, not crumbs.

the receptionist Cristian was attentive. i appreciate the complimentary prosecco in the mini bar. the 8th-floor lounge is a very relaxing place, it has lovely wine.
cleaning didn't occur for two days even though i asked at reception. staff were not knowledgeable about the room temperature controls. the sent someone to tell me to open the window.

you can hear everything from the hallway, there is a big gap under the door.
