Mixed Feelings about the Stay

The location allows you to explore the city easily because the hotel is in the centre.
Few staff members were rude to me at the bar. I wanted to sit in a certain place and the waitress told me I couldn't. She said those tables had a price of 400 euros even though the bar was empty.

i found the rooms excellent and the service excellent. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom facilities were super clean. the tap water was of high quality. the location is perfect. i could easily walk to most tourist attractions in the city center. the parking lot was also very convenient.

the location was central. it was easy to get around.
The parking fee felt excessive. i booked a suite directly through their website, and i am a hyatt world member. I still had to pay extra for parking each day. there was no valet service, unlike other hotels in the area. each time i needed to leave, I had to validate my parking ticket at the reception.
