the outdoor pools were amazing with enough space. the thermal pools had a swim-up bar and delicious cocktails. every meal felt special with fresh ingredients in a variety of dishes. the spa provides many procedures that left me refreshed.

a wonderful hotel stay

The hotel provided a spacious and well-equipped room. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee selection. The friendly staff at sofra restaurant were a plus. the spa area was good, and there were many pool options, both inside and outside.
The rooms are large, however, for a 4 night stay the rooms were not cleaned once. i had to call reception to send a maid. Connecting to reception was also difficult.

the gym had a more spacious design than other hotel gyms i have seen.
Service fell short of expectations. i had to request coffee capsules and clean towels multiple times over four hours. Replenishment incurred a charge for each capsule. the restaurant seemed disorganized, lacking a seating system, and drink orders experienced notable delays..

Acceptable Stay, but Overpriced Food
amazing fitness centerridiculous pricesfood prices
The fitness center was amazing it had very good machines and lots of variety.
I found the beverage and food prices in the hotel restaurants ridiculous they were literally triple the usual prices this alone can ruin the whole experience for people.
