the staff showed very nice patience when helping arrange taxis, as well as tickets. they even brought ordered food directly to my room. our room felt spacious and offered a beautiful view. i really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness.
the air conditioning emitted very loud noises. this made it difficult to keep it running while sleeping. the room became quite hot without it.
