spacious room convenient location helpful staff
the room was spacious and comfortable. bottled water, hot chocolate, and snacks were provided. the location was convenient, and i felt safe. staff were always at the desk and willing to help me navigate.
The front door bell didn't work. i had to phone the hotel to be let in. finding the parking was atrocious. Instructions were poor. i recommended what-3-words to the hotel.

black grouting dripping taps
Breakfast was great. I really appreciated the excellent food.
The bathroom was quite tired. The grouting in the shower was black, and the taps dripped constantly, which I found pretty annoying. The stainless steel bowl never looked clean either. It's a shame because I expected more from this place.

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I suppose BYOB is the new normal (bring your own beverages). The absence of readily available snacks in the room was a bit of a letdown. I had to. The television remote also seemed to have a mind of its own. Changing channels became an unexpected adventure.

I found the shower head did not stay upright. The shower taps leaked also. My room needed some updating and fixing. I was expecting better for the price I paid for the suite. Breakfast was good, but the room issues really marred my stay.
