tasteful furniture excellent condition large smart tv instant coffee dismissive staff unhelpful staff
The junior suite in the courtyard was tastefully furnished. It was also in excellent condition. The bedroom had a TV. The lounge included a large smart TV.
My room was quite basic for the price I paid. There was only instant coffee. I prefer a coffee machine. The staff in the spa seemed dismissive and unhelpful.

comfortable bed historical charm signature room tough steak charred steak unwelcoming staff
I stayed in a signature room. The double bed was comfortable. The room was non-smoking. The hotel preserved its historical charm while providing comfort.
The restaurant food was not great. My steak was tough and charred. It also had too much fat. The staff was not cute, except for the waiter at the bar.

the grounds boast fine scenery with well maintained gardens i found it quite peaceful the restaurant provided a good choice of dishes and wines i chose a delicious meal and a fine wine to accompany it the staff were attentive to all my needs making sure i felt welcome
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak

We were placed in an annexe. It was not nice at all. The room was modern, not what I expected. The shower was horrendous and came out in a dribble. The pillows were so flat!

attentive staff members soft towels great amenity
the food was pretty good, the wine complemented it perfectly, and the staff members were attentive. the outside jacuzzi was a great amenity to enjoy, and i appreciated the provided towels (they were soft!). i really enjoyed the experience.
