Really good Stay with GREAT Staff!

The room was REALLY spacious with lovely decor. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean. The staff were AMAZING and friendly. One receptionist, Ladli, were pretty good by helping with bookings and recommending places.

The check-in process was a bit slow.

Really good Service and Perfect Cleanliness

The breakfast buffet offered a very good selection of items. Mr Roumany was helpful during check-in and check-out and quickly arranged taxis. The housekeeping team, especially Shaheen, maintained an immaculate room. Staff members were friendly and provided consistently attentive service.

The gym equipment is basic and the space is small.

the breakfast offered a well-chosen menu, and the service team met all my needs.

It was very disturbing. cleaning in adjacent rooms also created a disturbance in the mornings. the bathroom design allows water sounds to permeate the room, as there is no full isolation from the shower area.

the staff were very HELPFUL and the food tasted amazing. The breakfast menu was well chosen. Shaz and his team met all needs I had.

cleaning during the first DAY was bad. I complained and then the room cleaning improved. There is NO youtube on the tv in the room.
