an amazing hotel!

breakfast food perfect location major brand
i had a really charming stay. the breakfast food quality was amazing!!! the location is also great. it is near the mrt and accessible for taxis. all major brands are very close by.
the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving minor issues. i also felt some staff were not well-equipped to handle variations in bookings. this was a bit disappointing.

the breakfast buffet included a good variety of options. i saw both local dishes and international choices available. the essence café had several chefs preparing items, excellent.

the concierge, anwar, provided really good assistance. he helped guests with klcc tickets and answered every question patiently. he showed a friendly attitude and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience.

easy check-in friendly staff city view pool closure limited seating missing towels
The check-in was very easy. the wait staff were very nice and friendly. the bedroom i got was a king bed with a city view. It was nice.
the pool was closed for maintenance . i was offered a free meal in my room, though i only had one chair. on one day i was left with two towels only, no bath mat or hand towel

poor service room cleaning
the service did not match the standard i expect at such a hotel. we had three rooms but they were not ready despite paying for an extra night. also, EVERY day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and that IS annoying.
