great locationearly checkfriendly staffold door
the location is great with tunnel access to klcc. i found it convenient to reach the aquarium and pavilion directly from the hotel. ms. karen allowed us to check in earlier after a long night flight. really kind staff and a free upgrade from beautiful to club room.
i noticed the hotel room door seemed old.

The location is very central. It is a short walk from the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC. Karen greeted us warmly at reception, and all the staff were nice. The room had many amenities and was large. The pool was well maintained, I accessed it daily.

The gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel pool area offers many loungers. There is also a shaded section available for those who prefer to stay out of the sun. It is great.

The staff was friendly. Aidhel assisted us wonderfully during check-in. the breakfast was great. I especially loved the fresh fruits and amazing noodle soup! the location is strategic.
the air conditioner was difficult to adjust, and i couldn't control the temperature properly. it remained quite cold, made showering uncomfortable because cold air entered through the shower door opening

i found the location in the city center convenient. a connecting bridge goes to the shopping mall, this was helpful.
the hotel seems worn. the room felt dark plus there was no battery in the emergency torch, it was not working.

The location was good with a 7/11 shop almost right across from the entrance.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found quite a bit of DUST in the room, especially inside the closet. My black jacket even got REALLY dusty after I put it in there, disappointing.

excellent experience, flaws aside

i find the location superb because close to malls. it is connected to bukit bintang via pedestrian bridge. the staff gave help specifically faris, nurrul, hafiza, also nazmin. breakfast included many different foods. also, the walkway bridge provided convenient access to the convention center.
the room's furnishings were dated and noise insulation was not good. i did hear conversations from rooms nearby also those above. i think earplugs are advisable to bring.

the breakfast had a variety of choices. i saw many options for various diets and preferences. the dining area was clean, but sometime it got crowded during peak hours.
