the room had a spacious layout with a bedroom, a living room, and a pantry area with a sink, convenient.
The room cleanliness was not good (i even found a hair on my bed sheets). the air conditioning did not work well. It struggled to cool down the room. housekeeping was also inconsistent. One day, they forgot to replace the bath towels after cleaning, a definite inconvenience.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Housekeeping did not replenish the bath towels even after the room was requested to be cleaned in the morning. This was a clear oversight. I found this unacceptable.

I found the room very spacious. the separate kitchen area was useful. the swimming pool is big enough for a proper swim. It was cool and clean.
i noticed the breakfast service was not good. i have been to a 3-star hotel that gave better customer service. the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed uninterested.

A 7/11 store is directly opposite the hotel. This is very convenient. ampang park station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. It is easily accessible. the area felt safe and quiet, with several embassies nearby.

the breakfast offered a mix of western and eastern foods with eggs cooked to order. a starbucks machine is in the lobby, and vending machines are also available. this provides several options for drinks and snacks.

The staff were lovely and helpful. when i requested a stapler, it was promptly provided. the concierge assisted with organizing a taxi. I appreciated their support.
