Fantastic Petronas Towers location!

The breakfast featured an excellent spread. The staff member explained the dough preparation process. A waiter, Mohd Norman, showed dedication and displayed a nice smile. He was courteous. He went the extra mile by checking on food quality, ambiance, and overall experience. The front desk cashiers handled my request promptly, allowing a room change to one with a balcony.
The noise affected sleep quality.

My room was spacious. The beds felt very comfortable! Cleanliness was great, and the room had good amenities. I also really enjoyed the views of the city from my window. Great experience!

Diana greeted us warmly with a great smile, and also provided the requested room with a balcony. A server named Yeasin showed great personality with his warm greetings. His communication skills felt excellent, and attentiveness was also excellent. Everyone was polite.

The hotel has easy access to major shopping malls and also nice restaurants. Breakfast is best experienced in the restaurant on the same floor! The one on the ground floor felt crowded with limited seating. Very good.

The hotel's location is a short walk from the Petronas Towers. Avenue K Mall is very close, only about 2 minutes away on foot. One can access Suria KLCC underground from there in minutes. Awesome!

The location is excellent. avenue k mall, food trucks, and the petronas towers are within walking distance. the staff were very kind and accommodating. They quickly upgraded three rooms for my family of five to executive rooms. i appreciate having lounge access on the 11th floor. It had unlimited free coffee and cocktails.
the carpet was visibly soiled and slightly smelly. traffic noise kept me from sleeping well.

the lrt station and klcc are only 5 minutes away on foot I found a night market nearby and tried delicious food. rooms were spacious and clean amenities like the washroom and showers worked great. the pool area provided a great view of the towers
