warm welcome helpful team spacious room
This hotel is wonderful! The staff offered warm welcome tea upon arrival. The hostess and her team were very helpful and kind. I felt totally cared for. Rooms were spacious. They were very clean!
The location isn't ideal. It is a bit of a walk to the main square.

This riad enjoys a perfect location in a safe and quiet place. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. This is a very welcome change. It is close enough to still enjoy the life. This makes a great base for exploration.

laundry service wonderful smell clean bathroom poor location expensive packages inflated cost
The staff helped me arrange laundry service very quickly. The hotel smelled wonderful. My room included a very clean bathroom, it was very comfortable.
The hotel location was not ideal. The main square was a 30 minute walk. The hotel tried to sell tour packages that were very expensive. The cost was more than double what I found online.

the riad is beautiful and quiet! the room was clean and full of character. we felt very welcome! we even had tea and biscuits upon arrival.
the location isn't the best as it's a 30 minute walk from the main square. the tourist packages the hotel offers are overpriced. i think there are better deals online!

serene and super clean stay
helpful staff super clean riad tasty breakfast wonderful hotel
they helped me arrange spa treatments. they also helped me find restaurants. the rooftop terrace provided a lovely space for relaxation. the riad was super clean, with an amazing aroma throughout. breakfast was both tasty and a good value. dinner also offered really good value and taste. the manager, imane, and the staff were very nice . their sincerity was apparent in addressing every question. their responsiveness to my requests was tremendous. the riad's design was beautiful. the staff provided excellent recommendations and advice. this guidance helped me navigate my broader visit. the hotel is wonderful. i cannot recommend it enough.
the packages offered by the hotel were more expensive than average.

The riad features very clean and modern rooms. Staff helped us book taxis with great care. They also helped us book spa treatments. Staff always smiled and were there to assist.
The hotel packages seem more expensive than normal options.

the room was very clean. i had a safe for valuables. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. they promptly addressed a minor issue with the shower. the building had convenient access to the medina.
the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright.
