the location was quite convenient, with access to nearby souks and restaurants.
the room i booked was not available upon arrival. i was not offered a refund for the downgrade. the staff did not seem willing to resolve this issue..

the staff was friendly. the riad is decorated with taste.
our stay didn't meet our expectations. i arrived and the check-in process wasn't smooth. i had to wait nearly two hours to reach the owner. the description online mislead me, because i did expect a swimming pool. sadly, there wasn't one available.
