dusty room poor attention
the staff helped with taxis and gave advice on what to do during the day. they even walked me to taxis. it was acceptable
The room was dusty and the room had poor attention to detail. i think the management should verify the cleaning details. It was very dissapointing. the standard of the place should be higher considering the price.

Really good Riad Experience
amazing staff safe feeling super bed
The staff was amazing (especially Hamid and Hafid!). a really tender atmosphere. We safe area throughout our stay. The bed was super comfortable, and i slept peacefully. The food was great. It.
Every time you order breakfast it takes a long time. One person was working on breakfast over 3 floors. I waited for breakfast one morning for 45 minutes. The breakfast i ordered was just fruit salad and breads so it shouldn't take this long.

The staff members were helpful and genuinely kind. They showed readiness to assist with any request and ensured my time at the riad felt personalised and cared for. This created a cute and efficient atmosphere.

inconsistent service and some cleanliness issues
slow breakfast limited hot water
the location of the riad was quite convenient.
The breakfast service was really slow. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple fruit salad and bread felt excessive. our room had a ventilation problem, it often smelled like cooking fumes from the kitchen. also, the shower had limited hot water (the taps were loose too).

Absolutely very nice Riad experience!

This riad is beautiful! The decor is amazing and the comfort level is super high. All the staff here are very nice. The food prepared by Leila and Fatima was divine! Mohamed was super helpful and Abdul gave us a lot of love!
Sometimes, service was inconsistent. One morning, I waited 45 minutes for breakfast, a bit too long. The breakfast itself included fruit salad and assorted breads.

The riad is located in a lively part of the Medina. Stepping outside, I immediately felt the city's pulse. Returning to the riad was a welcome transition to serenity and peace.

amazing staff helpful staff
The staff helped with taxis. they even walked me to taxis. they advised me on what to do during the day! mohamed and jawad were two of the amazing staff here. I cannot say enough good things about them.
The door bell for people arriving was very loud. It kept being used at night!

I had a nice stay. The staff members were attentive. They provided helpful tips for exploring the city. They also promptly addressed all our needs. I particularly appreciate hafid's really good service. He helped to.
the hot water supply for showers could sometimes be inconsistent, it fluctuated slightly.
