convenient location outside terrace terrace pool
the location was convenient near the main square and souks i enjoyed the breakfast served on the outside terrace it was very good the terrace pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus

The location was acceptable. It's close to the main square.
The room was small. there were no tissues available, i found this annoying. the breakfast was simple, especially considering how much i paid. It definitely felt overpriced.

rooftop pool fresh options friendly staff small room guest noise no tea
The rooftop pool provided a nice spot. Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh options. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. Staff was friendly and available when needed.
The room size was smaller than I expected. Noise from other guests was noticeable during the night. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. These omissions affected my experience.

A GEM in the Medina
helpful staff peaceful escape delicious breakfast convenient location
The staff WAS wonderfully helpful and attentive . The rooftop terrace provided a peaceful escape. Breakfast included both traditional options and familiar items, WHICH I thought were delicious and satisfying. I also enjoyed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
I noticed that sound carried easily between rooms sometimes.

Staff members were consistently helpful, available to answer questions. I felt secure because they provided assistance with directions and local information. There were multiple languages spoken by the team.

The riad offered a relaxing hammam spa service I enjoyed. The rooftop featured a clean, inviting pool area. A hot tub was also available , and I took a dip. Breakfast service was on the roof.
