great sizerespectful staffclean room
the room size was fantastic for a european hotel, especially the beautiful suite. the staff were always respectful and ensured everything was super clean and cozy. i really appreciated that detail and it.
the lights in the hallways sometimes didn't activate quickly enough.

the hotel had great proximity to many restaurants , local shops and markets. some fantastic cocktail bars. the tram was steps away , providing easy access to various attractions and the airport.

i was able to enjoy a light dinner and drink in the hotel bar upon arrival at 10pm. i was impressed by the selection of food and drinks. the service was prompt and courteous.

the location was good. it was near transportation and plenty restaurants were all around. i liked that i could easily walk to the port also.
the bed was not very comfortable and gave me backaches. the bathroom had a strange layout also. the toilet had a thin glass door, this did not provide enough privacy.

The hotel's location near Garibaldi Place was AMAZING. Access from the airport was easy, and everything felt close by. The room size exceeded my expectations, and the room was comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were great.
I noticed some slight wear on the carpets in the room. I thought this detracted a bit from the otherwise pristine condition.

My spacious suite had a balcony and a kitchenette, i used the provided washer and dryer combination machine to do laundry. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. It also featured a REALLY comfortable bed. I slept well.

the staff was friendly. i ordered a delivery. the staff accepted it. they brought it to my room. it was nice to communicate via whatsapp. the hotel was recently renovated. the room was fresh. the cafe has good breakfast. the cafe has good lunch options.
the lights in public areas were on sensors. they didn't come on fast enough. i had to walk in the dark. the reception area is small.
