The breakfast buffet impressed ME. it included a wide variety of options. I liked the fresh pastries and fruit. The hotel also provided free parking, VERY convenient. I found the location excellent. It was close to the city center.
The spa area felt overcrowded. it was difficult to relax there. I noticed the jacuzzi water felt cooler than expected. The gym had limited equipment. I wished for more variety in the workout options, though

i noticed that the breakfast area was quite busy at times.

the hotel features a restaurant and a spa. check-in was quick. i found the interior design luxurious. i appreciated the free ping pong and football tables. the restaurant labai provided a good variety of food at the buffet breakfast, which i liked. the waiters were cordial and quick.
the temperature in the spa area felt too cold. i did not find it nice to relax without feeling chilly. i thought the hot tubs were also too cold with only 34c.

i observed that the front desk staff offered cordial and fast services. the employees are professional. the check-in and check-out process occurred swiftly. cleaning ladies were polite and maintained cleanliness throughout the hotel.
