The room size was amazing. I had a one-bedroom apartment. They offered a fresh experience daily.
The check-in felt unwelcoming, and the receptionist seemed rude. the apartment was old, not matching the photos. The kitchen felt small.

unfriendly staffmissing taxi
The reception staff were not friendly (they seemed annoyed to be there). We had asked the hotel to arrange a taxi from the airport, but it was not there upon arrival. I rang the hotel and was told the driver had waited and then left. I was spoken to as if it was my fault the driver left, and no discount was given for the return taxi to the airport. I left feeling let down by the customer service.

The apartment was spacious. it had an excellent location near the beach and local bars. the breakfast offered a good selection of foods. I started my mornings well.
The gentleman at check-in was not friendly and seemed bothered by my presence. the apartment felt old. It was not as fresh as the photos suggested. the kitchen was small.
