limited buffet spa location

The staff was attentive to every need.

I was disappointed by the breakfast setup. The buffet was small. The limited selection felt more like a lower-rated hotel.. Only one hot dish was allowed from the menu, even with the high room rate. the on-site spa was not actually on the premises but a short walk away in another building. This building had only a sauna and steam room in the basement. I wouldn't really call them spa facilities.

unhelpful directions limited headroom

the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

finding parking was a nightmare upon arrival. the staff provided unhelpful directions, sending me in circles. the rooms were spread across floors, with one room offering limited headroom, this was bad and disappointing.
