perfect location amazing breakfast attentive chef
the hotel location is perfect for exploring. i found the breakfast service amazing. chef andré and sabrina, providing attention to details, like honey i requested every day. i enjoyed my stay.
the air conditioning did not work when i arrived, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is positioned in the historic center. this location is convenient for walking to main attractions. the cathedral is approximately a two-minute walk. the surrounding area is quite nice.

the rooftop terrace provided peaceful sounds of birds and church bells. the breakfast courtyard was lovely and steeped in history. i found many sitting rooms inside. evening drinks on the roof terrace offered great views.

the individual breakfasts were fantastic!!! chef andre prepared them. the hotel provided invaluable knowledge and recommendations for local restaurants. the whisky on offer was macallan. the food was AMAZING!!!

excellent location friendly staff wonderful view small room unserviced area no phone
i appreciated the excellent location near the cathedral. the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially with restaurant recommendations). the roof terrace offered wonderful views.
the room was smaller than advertised. the rooftop area was unserviced. there was no phone to contact reception from the rooftop.

mixed feelings about the stay
jacuzzi bath loose taps
the location was acceptable as it was close to attractions
i found the room quite disappointing the jacuzzi bath wasn't working and some taps were loose it seemed like the room needed some repairs overall also the air conditioning didn't work when i first arrived which was frustrating after traveling i expect a five star hotel to maintain its facilities properly

fine cuisine excellent room aircon problem courtyard noise
i was very thankful for the fine cuisine. the excellent room was a great addition to the stay. i appreciated it.
the aircon did not work upon my arrival. there was noise from the courtyard late at night! i could not sleep well. it was very unpleasant.
