the staff were super friendly and always ready to help, this. i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (i loved the fresh pastries!).
The gym towels weren't readily available. I had to call downstairs.

excellent staff michelin restaurant quiet location
The location was AMAZING! I found it quiet yet close to the main shopping areas. Staff members were excellent. Breakfast was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. I found the Michelin-starred restaurant to be a HUGE plus.
I found that some walls showed emulsion and didn't provide a cheerful atmosphere.

The breakfast included MANY options and tasted superb. The Michelin-starred restaurant features innovative dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The restaurant has elegant decor with soft lighting.

My Luxury Suite included a separate sitting area and a LARGE balcony. The bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower. The room had blackout curtains, ensuring a dark and quiet environment for sleeping.

ample space comfortable bed bottled water
the hotel provided a superior double room. it featured ample space with a well-appointed bathroom. the bed provided a comfortable sleep and i liked guerlain toiletries. the housekeeping staff refreshed the room daily and also gave plenty of bottled water and small treats during turndown.
the rooftop pool area is small and the availability of loungers is limited. there are only seven loungers, which may not accommodate all guests.

Good Hotel with Superb Service

The breakfast was nice. It had so many choices. Our Junior Suite had a balcony. It was surrounded by a tiled roof. The front of house staff was the hotel's biggest asset. Friendly and professional, they assisted us very well.
The color palette is a rather bland tone, I expected much more. The carpet is a bit frayed in places. The pool area is very small and I didn't want to spend too much time as there wasn't much of a view.

The hotel sits on a quiet street, yet it's a short walk to bars. Its central position allows easy access to numerous restaurants. I noticed this location facilitated convenient explorations of nearby attractions.

The front office manager greeted us with enthusiasm and explained the hotel's history. His passion was very evident. Staff brought drinks and lunch to the pool terrace quickly. I found the service consistently attentive and responsive.

Our Junior Suite featured a seventh-century door and artistic features by local artists. The hotel beautifully restored the room, keeping original features. I could really appreciate the comfort it offered and the beauty of its details.

heavenly retreat
kind staff clean room onsite parking
i stayed in august and the staff was kind. i loved the decor and how clean my room was. onsite parking was available and i didn't have to worry about the rental car. i would definitely stay again!
The rooms were loud. I could hear people talking on the street. we were on the third floor.

the rooftop pool provided a wonderful space for relaxation. a gym is available with several workout machines, which allowed me to maintain my routine. these amenities contributed positively to my stay.
