the location was like a dream come true. it was right on the beachfront and everything was perfect to start my day from there. breakfast was great i loved the fresh orange juice and i savored the view while having breakfast each morning.
the room i had was not that great. i think our room was small and a little outdated i had ants in our room and they crawled into my suitcase which became a nightmare. the shower water would switch from hot to cold without warning.

The location is right on the beach. That was nice.
The AC was hard to figure out. The room had a colony of ants. This became a problem. I didn't expect the ants to become roommates.

I especially appreciated the breakfast, honestly the best I have ever had! The orange juice every morning reminded me of a treat. Dinner always had so many options available. Cocktails we ordered tasted delicious (especially the margaritas!).
Our room had some ants. It was not a huge issue though.

The hotel features a super pool with comfortable sun beds. You can access the beach right from the hotel premises, a very convenient arrangement. It has restaurants and shops nearby while maintaining a quiet atmosphere.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Isobel was kind and helpful. She gave us recommendations for local transport. The reception staff booked us a taxi back to the airport as well.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There was lots of storage space for clothes (which i needed). The shower was spacious too. I had the most beautiful view from the room. It overlooked the bay.

The breakfast buffet was really good. They offered a freshly cooked gluten-free baguette for me. Every morning a lady made sure I had my baguette ready for my arrival. I appreciated this greatly.

Decent Stay with Disappointing Room Issues

The room was SMALL and showed its age. The shower temperature fluctuated WILDLY between hot and cold. The air conditioning was initially inoperable. I had to figure out that the balcony door needed to be fully closed for it to work. IT made for a very uncomfortable first night.

The location is superb being right on the beach. A swim was easy and enjoyable. I also found lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel provides beach towels upon request. This was convenient.
I noticed the gym equipment could use some updating. Some machines seemed a bit old.

The breakfast buffet included a varied selection of items. I liked the churros. The restaurant had good food. It was prepared well, but the service was a bit slow sometimes.

The reception staff was cute. I received invaluable assistance when choosing areas to tour. They are polite. They are also helpful. I felt welcomed .
