The jacuzzi tub in my lux studio jacuzzi room wasn't clean. I saw some grime. also, the jets seemed weak. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. I ate almost the same things every morning. the staff seemed understaffed at times. I had to wait a while to get service. the gym was small. It only had a few machines. the overall experience felt a little underwhelming. the jacuzzi was not functional, small gym

The location was acceptable due to its proximity to local amenities.

The room lacked soundproofing as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The air conditioning unit was directly above the bed I couldn't use it for fear of getting sick. The pool area was very crowded therefore finding available space was difficult.

The 'adults only' tag is really misleading, I think. My neighbors were loud at night. It seems basic consideration went out the window. Asking them to quiet down just resulted in blank stares, unless I happened to speak German, maybe? The hotel shut down the coffee and tea machines during dinner, presumably to force drink purchases from the bar. It felt petty.
