the front desk staff, especially nicole, was super friendly. the bellboys made check-in and check-out smooth! the rooftop bar offers amazing sunset views. The pictures i shared showcase it well. varoulkos is an lovely restaurant with a fine view and a tasting menu.
the pool was crowded all the time! it was hard to find a lounge available since people saved them early.

The staff was helpful. Niki at the front desk was particularly great. She assisted us when a flight cancellation left us stranded. I really appreciated her help securing a room on short notice. The executive room size was excellent, and it had a rooftop bar with great views.
I had to ask several times to receive the welcome bottle of wine, despite being a VIP guest.

The hotel is near the subway station. It is convenient. Some excellent dinner restaurants can be found just outside the hotel. This made getting around easy and provided nice dining options.

the room service was unacceptable. i ordered food, and it arrived after two hours. i called them again, but they did not answer. the reception said they would update me, however, they never called back.
